Notice: Starting July 1, 2021, the court will no longer accept Letters for orders that have yet to be granted and checks for certified copies of unprocessed orders or Letters. Please submit Letters and appropriate certification fees upon the signing of the order for issuance.
The Probate Court Investigator's office remains closed to the public. Please provide your documents relevant to Petition for Appointment of Temporary Conservator/Guardian only in advance by emailing PCI@sanmateocourt.org. Any lodgings can be emailed to this email address or directly to your assigned investigator.
For other Ex Parte matters, please use probate@sanmateocourt.org.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the impact upon court staffing, the Probate calendar will not be conducted or ex parte applications accepted on the dates outlined in COVID-19 ORDER NUMBER 20.
