If you want to contest the tentative ruling on any case on this calendar, you must call the specific department listed on the tentative ruling before 4:00 p.m. on the court day before the scheduled hearing, and you must give notice also before 4:00 p.m. to all parties of your intent to appear pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1308(a)(1).

Unless the court and opposing counsel have been notified of such intent, the tentative ruling shall become the ruling of the Court without oral argument.

You must appear at the hearing if you are so directed by the court in the tentative ruling and be prepared to address those issues set forth by the court in that ruling.
